I’m a coach, speaker, and strategist who’s spent decades helping leaders build powerful teams, navigate complex growth, and rise through challenges with clarity and courage.
But I’m not just here for the wins — I’m here for the woman behind them.
As someone who’s raised four boys in a blended family, recovered from four brain surgeries, and built my career while holding everyone else together… I know what it means to be strong — and what it costs when that strength goes unsupported.
I’ve lived the chapter where everything looked “successful” on the outside — but felt unsustainable on the inside.
I understand the drive, the ambition, the responsibility… and the quiet craving for space, energy, and a new way of leading that actually gives back instead of constantly taking.
That’s why my work goes beyond strategy.
